About Us

Award-winning Antelope Crossing Middle School, home of the Cougars, opened in 1994 and is a Title 1 and CEP-certified school.

The Antelope Crossing Middle School (ACMS) staff hold high expectations for academics and behavior for all students. Certificated and classified staff at Antelope Crossing Middle School promote positive self-esteem, self-motivation, acceptance of differences, and a sense of responsibility among our student body. Visitors to Antelope Crossing Middle School will see our mission and vision in action by observing the positive interaction between adults and students and focusing on academics through programs that encourage student achievement and involvement in the community. Our emphasis on building and maintaining positive relationships is evident in all we do.

Principal Jaime Hanan believes in opening students' minds to the possibilities that await them in their continued pursuit of academic achievement. She ensures her campus is rich with science, technology, engineering, and the arts opportunities.

The Community

The Dry Creek Joint Elementary School District is located in the family-oriented, suburban areas of Roseville and Antelope in Northern California. Located within 20 miles of downtown Sacramento and around 100 miles from Northern California jewels such as San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Lake Tahoe, our area offers an abundance of recreational activities and one of the most pleasant climates in the country.
